I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, so if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. This allows the appointment space to be offered to someone else who may be waiting.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to the treatment cost. Missed appointments or no-shows without contact may be charged at the full appointment value.

If you rebook at the time of cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

For classes, workshops, retreats, events, or group sessions, spaces are limited and payments are generally non-refundable unless the space can be filled.

If a session, event, or appointment ever needs to be cancelled or rearranged due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment, class credit, or full refund will always be offered where appropriate.
